Lately my diet hasn’t been as healthy as it could have been… On the other hand I’ve been training more than usual, and taking the stairs instead of the elevator ;) I need to find other ways to incorporate fitness into my daily life!

Gah sucks that I am such a lazy slob *.* My exercise regime has NEVER once lasted more than a month.
